By customizing questions based on your priorities and framing them as "Did I try my best to...?", you can evaluate your efforts towards effecting enduring changes. The app visualizes your scores per question, recognizing accomplishments with medals and trophies when you achieve the goals you set for yourself.
Intended to support Impact Advisors' culture-shaping service, this app underscores the importance of commitment to lasting change. This commitment is exemplified through the IMPACT framework, which should be embraced across all organizational levels. Champions are encouraged to take the “I” Pledge, signaling their dedication and responsibility for fostering a stronger culture.
